Characteristics and advantages: 

This product is a polymer dispersant with excellent dispersibility of carbon black, inorganic pigments, and organic pigments. It greatly shortens the grinding and dispersion process, effectively reduces pigment grinding viscosity, and has good color development and covering ability.

Good wetting properties of pigments, no coarsening, can achieve steric hindrance effect, effectively prevent pigment coagulation and sedimentation, and have good storage stability; Due to the small particle size of dispersed pigments, the system can achieve good chromaticity and glossiness.

Application field:

Suitable for grinding and dispersing solvent based systems and general colorants.

Usage: 

Applied to carbon black and organic pigments. To achieve the desired effect, the pigment and dispersant are added together to the grinding base mixture and then ground.

Inorganic pigments: 0.5-2%

Organic pigments: 15-40%

High surface carbon black 30-70%
