Characteristics and advantages: This product is a polymer dispersant with excellent dispersibility of carbon black, inorganic pigments, and organic pigments. It effectively shortens the grinding and dispersion process, reduces pigment grinding viscosity, and has good color development and covering ability; Due to its low acid value, this product not only has a good viscosity reducing and dispersing effect on various pigments in the polyurethane resin system, but also does not react with the curing agent of the coating ink, which will not affect the final performance of the coating.

Good wetting properties of pigments, without coarsening, can achieve steric hindrance effect and effectively prevent pigment coagulation and settling. Due to the small particle size of dispersed pigments, the system can achieve good chromaticity and glossiness.

Application areas: Suitable for dispersing carbon black, inorganic pigments, and organic pigments in various solvent based coating and ink systems, grinding and dispersing pigments in polyether/polyester polyol color paste systems, and particularly suitable for reducing viscosity and dispersing various pigments in polyurethane systems.

Usage: Applied to carbon black and organic pigments, to achieve the desired effect, the pigment and dispersant are added together to the grinding base mixture and then ground.
