Characteristics and advantages: 

This product is a polymer dispersant, excellent dispersing performance of carbon black, inorganic pigments and organic pigments, significantly shorten the grinding and dispersing process, efficiently reduce the viscosity of pigment grinding, excellent color spreading performance and covering ability; it is the best choice for dispersing high pigment carbon blacks such as FW200, 5000, SB6, etc., and it also has excellent dispersing performance for other difficult-to-dispersed carbon blacks such as phthalocyanine blue, etc., as well as organic pigments.
Excellent pigment wettability, no return to the coarse, can reach the spatial resistance effect to effectively prevent the pigment flocculation and settlement, due to the dispersion of the pigment tiny particle size, the system can obtain excellent color and gloss.

Field of application : For UV curing coating systems.

Method of use : 

Applied to commonly used organic and inorganic pigments, in order to achieve the desired effect, pigments and dispersants are added together to the grinding base mixture and then ground.
Titanium Dioxide: 0.1-3%
Inorganic pigments: 0.5-5%.
Organic pigments: 10-40%
Carbon black: 10-40%
Add this product before grinding
