Characteristics and advantages: This product is a polymer-type ultra-high molecular weight dispersant, good dispersion of inorganic pigments and inorganic fillers, shorten the time of pigment milling and dispersion, significantly reduce the viscosity of pigment milling, improve the fluidity of the system, with good color spreading performance and covering ability; good pigment wetting, shorten the process of dispersion, the dispersion of pigments due to the micro-particle size of the system can be obtained a very good chroma and gloss, and excellent prevention of pigment flocculation and settlement and anti-floating bloom effect. It has excellent effect of preventing pigment flocculation, sedimentation and anti-floating color blossom.

Application : For all kinds of water-based coating and ink systems, inorganic pigments (titanium dioxide, iron oxide) grinding and dispersing, inorganic fillers (talc, calcium carbonate) dispersing.

Usage: Apply to inorganic pigment and filler, in order to achieve the ideal effect, the pigment and dispersant are added into the grinding base mixture together and then ground.

          Inorganic pigment: 0.5-3%

          Inorganic filler: 0.2-2%

          Add this product before grinding
