Epoxy ink strong viscosity reducer dispersant RK-4031

Features and Advantages: This product is a polymeric dispersant with excellent dispersion properties for carbon black, inorganic pigments, and organic pigments. It significantly shortens the grinding and dispersion process, effectively reduces pigment grinding viscosity, and provides good color development and hiding power. Due to its very low acid value, it not only exhibits excellent viscosity-reducing and dispersion effects on various pigments in epoxy systems but also does not react with epoxy ink curing agents, thus not affecting the final performance of the ink.

It provides excellent pigment wetting properties, prevents coarsening, and achieves steric hindrance to effectively prevent pigment flocculation and sedimentation. Due to the small particle size of the dispersed pigments, the system can achieve good color and gloss.

Application areas: Suitable for grinding and dispersing carbon black, inorganic pigments, and organic pigments in various solvent based universal color pastes and ink systems, especially suitable for grinding and dispersing pigments in alcohol water polyurethane ink systems, polyether/polyester polyol color paste systems, and especially suitable for reducing viscosity and dispersing various pigments in epoxy resin and unsaturated resin systems.

Usage: Applied to carbon black and organic pigments, to achieve the desired effect, the pigment and dispersant are added together to the grinding base mixture and then ground.

Inorganic pigments: 0.5-5%

Organic pigments: 10-20%

Carbon black: 10-25

High surface carbon black carbon: 40-70%
