Performance and features:：

★RK-4155 Hyperdispersant is a polymer dispersant. It has a wide range of applications and can meet various application requirements such as extrusion, blow molding, injection molding, profiles, etc. Its performance is much higher than dispersants such as stearic acid, polyethylene wax and EBS.

★Good dispersion effect: reduce the time and energy required to complete the dispersion process, and the dispersion is stable without secondary agglomeration.

★Good compatibility with matrix and filler.

★Stable processing, high heat resistance, improved processing performance: additional inorganic powders such as calcium carbonate can be added to the formula while maintaining the physical properties of the material. The superdispersant maintains the physical properties by shortening the plasticizing time and also effectively increases the extrusion rate.

★Improve fluidity, improve product appearance, and increase production.

Application：

★Filling modification of thermoplastics: Especially recommended for use in high-mesh, difficult-to-disperse fillers, with good and stable dispersion effects.

★Thermoplastic elastomer industry: good dispersion, no pitting on the surface, and improve the surface gloss and smoothness of the product;

★Masterbatch and color matching industry: Especially recommended in hard-to-disperse organic pigments and carbon black systems, with good dispersing effect and tinting strength.

★Flame retardant materials: flame retardants can be well dispersed in the formulation system, which is conducive to fully exerting the efficacy of flame retardants.

Super dispersants need to be pre-mixed with resins, pigments or fillers through a spiral mixer or high-speed mixer, and the subsequent processing of the mixture is the same as the original process.

Recommended amount:

For powder amount: 1-10% or for total formula: 0.1-0.5% (subject to application test)

Storage conditions and shelf life:

1、Keep away from high temperature and fire; place in a ventilated and cool place; seal after use;

2、Shelf life: 36 months.
