Features and Benefits :

This product is a non-ionic polymer dispersant, excellent dispersing performance of carbon black, inorganic pigments and organic pigments, significantly shorten the pigment grinding and dispersing time, significantly reduce the viscosity of the pigment grinding, significantly improve the fluidity of the pigment, and excellent colour spreading performance and covering ability; it has an excellent grinding and dispersing effect on high pigmented carbon blacks (FW200, 5000, SB6) and other difficult-to-dispersed carbon blacks and organic pigments.

Excellent pigment wettability, shorten the dispersion process, can reach the spatial resistance effect to effectively prevent the pigment flocculation and settlement, due to the dispersion of the pigment tiny particle size, the system can obtain excellent chroma and gloss.

Application : For inorganic and organic pigments, to achieve the desired effect, the pigment and dispersant are added together to the grinding base mixture and then ground.

Inorganic pigments: 0.1-4 per cent.

Organic pigments: 15-40 per cent

Carbon black: 20-40

High-surface carbon black carbon: 40-70 per cent.

Storage and transportation ：

Ambient temperature is 5-30℃, the phenomenon of colour darkening does not affect its performance.

It is a non-flammable hazardous material and remains stable at room temperature.

The product is valid for two years.
