Features and Benefits:

This product is a non-ionic wetting and dispersing agent with excellent dispersing performance of carbon black, inorganic pigments and organic pigments. It can significantly shorten the pigment grinding and dispersing time, reduce the pigment grinding viscosity, improve the pigment fluidity, color development performance and hiding ability. Excellent; excellent pigment wettability, shortening the dispersion process, and achieving steric hindrance effect to effectively prevent pigment flocculation and sedimentation. Due to the tiny particle size of the dispersed pigment, the system can obtain excellent chroma and gloss.

Application areas:Suitable for various water-based coating systems, and also suitable for the production of water-based resin-free general color pastes.

Usage:

Applied to inorganic and organic pigments. In order to achieve the desired effect, the pigments and dispersants are added to the grinding base mixture and then ground.

Inorganic pigments: 0.1-4%

Organic pigments: 10-30%

Carbon black: 10-40

High surface carbon black carbon: 40-70%
