Characteristics and Advantages

This product is a high molecular weight dispersant with excellent carbon black dispersing performance and excellent effect: good storage stability, no regrind, significant reduction of pigment milling viscosity, excellent color spreading performance and covering ability. It is the best choice for dispersing FW200, 5000, SB6 and other high color carbon black. It also has excellent dispersing performance for other hard-to-dispersed organic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue and matte powder.
Good pigment wettability, shorten the dispersion process, can reach the spatial resistance effect to effectively prevent the pigment flocculation and settlement, due to the dispersion of the pigment tiny particle size, the system can obtain excellent color and gloss.

Areas of application

Especially recommended for the production of high-quality industrial coatings such as automotive paints and refinish paints as well as general-purpose color pastes.

Method of use

It can be effectively applied to commonly used organic and inorganic pigments. In order to achieve the desired effect, the pigments should be added after the dispersant has been added and then ground.
Titanium dioxide: 01-1%
Inorganic pigment: 0.5-3%
Organic pigment: 12-40%
Carbon black 15-40%

Storage and transportation： 

This product is flammable, should be stored in a cool place, prevent direct sunlight. Strictly according to the transportation of dangerous goods. The container should be sealed strictly before the product is used up and after each use. This product is valid for 12 months.
