The application range of defoamers for screen printing inks is wide, covering a variety of ink systems and related 

printing processes, as follows:


1. Ink system

Screen printing ink

Applicable to all types of screen printing inks, including water-based screen printing inks, oil-based screen printing 

inks and UV light-curing screen printing inks, which can effectively eliminate bubbles generated by mechanical stirring, 

pumping and other operations during the printing process to ensure the clarity and consistency of the printed pattern.


UV ink

For UV light-curing ink systems, defoamers can inhibit the generation of bubbles before and after curing, avoid surface

Water-based inks
