【Performance and Characteristics

1、It is easily soluble in water, with excellent permeability, above the turbidity point does not affect the permeability.

2、It is used as penetrating agent in textile industry, can be used in sizing, desizing, boiling, bleaching, carbonization and other processes. Can be used as dyeing bath and finishing bath penetration additives.

3、It can be used as penetrating agent in leather industry and degreasing agent.

4、It has strong washing ability, easy to wash off all kinds of oil and soft touch.

Application

1, penetration: textile, printing and dyeing, finishing and other processes, where the anionic penetrant can not be used can be selected from this additive, the dosage is generally 1 ~ 5g / L.

2, desizing: biological enzyme desizing (starch pulp), spelling JFC can accelerate desizing, the general dosage of about 0.1% of the liquid weight.

3, chemical fiber refining: acetate fiber and other synthetic fiber products refining, refining liquid by adding JFC2~5g/L, sodium chloride 5g/L, can improve the effect of refining.

4, wool washing: penetrating agent JFC has the ability to wash wool, will not stay on the wool after use, no yellowing and other defects, fiber feel is also softer, the penetrating agent can be used in neutral, alkaline or acidic environment, can be used with soap in hard water, can also be used alone, the use of the temperature of 40 ~ 50 ℃ is appropriate.

5, wool carbonization: wool carbonization can be added penetrant JFC 0.5~1g/L, can shorten the carbonization time, reduce the amount of acid and improve the carbonization effect.

 Packing and storage and transportation

 Packed in 200Kg iron drum, 50Kg plastic drum. Storage and transportation according to general chemicals. Store in dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is two years.
