Characteristics and advantages:

This product is a polymer dispersant with excellent inorganic filler and pigment dispersion performance, greatly reducing pigment grinding and dispersion time, effectively reducing the grinding viscosity of fillers and pigments, improving pigment flowability, good color development performance and covering ability, good chromaticity and glossiness; It has good grinding, dispersing, and viscosity reducing effects on inorganic pigments.

Good compatibility, good wetting ability, good viscosity reduction, good storage stability, no coarsening, can achieve steric hindrance effect and effectively prevent pigment coagulation and sedimentation.

Application field: Suitable for solvent based coating systems, recommended for grinding and dispersing inorganic fillers.

Usage: Used for dispersing inorganic fillers and pigments. To achieve good results, the fillers and dispersants are added together and then ground.

Calcium carbonate: 0.2-1%

Inorganic pigments: 0.5-3%

Add this product before grinding

Storage and transportation: When the temperature is below 15 ℃, there may be a phenomenon of turbidity, which does not affect the effectiveness of the product.
