Characteristics and advantages: This product is a polymer universal dispersant with excellent dispersibility for carbon black, inorganic pigments, and organic pigments. It has good dispersibility for high pigment carbon black such as FW2005000 and SB6, and is particularly suitable for grinding and dispersing nano inorganic and organic pigments. It can shorten the grinding and dispersion time of pigments, reduce the grinding viscosity of pigments, and has good color development and covering ability; It has good dispersibility for other difficult to disperse carbon black and organic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue.

Good wetting properties of pigments, no coarsening, and the ability to achieve steric hindrance effect effectively prevent pigment coagulation and settling. Due to the small particle size of dispersed pigments, the system can achieve excellent chromaticity and glossiness.

Application areas: Suitable for grinding and dispersing various pigments in ink systems, can be used as a universal color paste for both water and oil, used for dispersing high surface carbon black and inorganic and organic difficult to disperse pigments, especially suitable for grinding and dispersing nano inorganic and organic pigments, recommended for use in acrylic systems.

Usage: Applied to carbon black and organic pigments, to achieve the desired effect, the pigment and dispersant are added together to the grinding base mixture and then ground.

Inorganic pigments: 0.5-2%

Organic pigments: 7-15%

Carbon black: 10-20%

High surface carbon black: 25-70%
